HP ENVY Photo 7800
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP ENVY 7800 photo printer that is printing vertical lines through solid colors. I am using HP Advanced Photo Paper 66 lb. glossy finish. Can anyone explain what I need to do to correct this problem.

I had missed a step in setting up for printing of the photos. The step of changing print quality to Best worked for me and the lines disappeared. I made 4 copies 8 1/2" by 11" in this setting and 3 copies 8 1/2" X 11" not in the Best mode and the printer warned me I should keep a set of ink jet catridges handy for any future photo copies in the Best mode. However, the $40 I spent for the catridges to make 4 Christmas presents is easy to justify because the quality of the photos is top notch! However, if you have many more photos to print I would probably suggest another way to get them copied. Thanks for the help in setting up my HP printer!
