I have had three of these Officejet Pro 6830's and they have all had the exact same issue with the printhead.  Error code 0xc19a0003.  The only reason I purchase the same printer each time is because I always have ink cartridges left and dont want to buy new ones.  I called HP today and the only thing they are willing to do is give me a discount on a new printer (which when I pull it up at an office supply is the same price) so it's not a discount.  Has anyone else received any other help?  I know that I am not getting to the right department or person, because HP would definately take care of the problem knowing that there is an ongoing problem with this particular printer.  I see there are several people that have had the same issue with this printer.
