PRINTING SMALL

When printing coupons from www.coupons.com, they are now printing smaller than they did before.

A week ago they printed normally at 5 1/2  X  2 1/4 inches, now they print at 3 1/2  X 2 inches.

They cannot be scanned at the store as they are to small.

The paper size is Letter on the printer, and Letter when the printing dialog box comes up.

Same answer:

Print size, including "scale" is controlled in the application you are using when you submit the job to the printer.

You need to adjust not just the "Paper Size" -- you must adjust the the print scale / percentage of 100%.
