Pagewide Pro 552
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Pagewide Pro 552 stopped printing mid-print.  We were unable to clear the print queue so we had to restart the printer.  The pages that printed are streaked, undefined and incomplete images.

 

I ran through the maintenance tasks for cleaning and aligning but the pages again still showed streaked and undefined edges. A restart of the printer made no difference as recommended in some other posts.

Error that finally appeared on Control Panel -

Problem with Print System: Printing functionality is disabled. Please contact HP. Error code: 0xc6fd0613 [hide]

We had neither the "Ink Supply Door Open" or a paper jam.  The printer would print from the control panel but nothing on the page was legible.  We have replaced this printer with a color laserjet printer instead.

If you are having this issue you can't solve it on your own. Please contact HP Customer Care at 1-800-334-5144 and they will be able to help.

The international customers experiencing this sort of error, how will they be assisted? I am experiencing this same error here with one of our network printers.
