Hi,
The default shortcuts included with the driver are locked by design.
From the Control Panel select Devices and Printers, right click the printer and select Printing Preferences.
You may change any settings as required within the Printing Preferences, then click the Save As button to create a new shortcut, any custom created shortcut will not be locked.
