A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I understand you are not able to print using your HP Envy 7855 printer and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Do you see any error on the printer control panel display?

Is the printer control panel display blank?

Let me know!

The '?' is the Help button, touching the '?' opens the Help menu for the current operation.

Could you try to print a diagnostics page page and let me know the results. In order to print the diagnostics page:

1.) From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).

2.) Touch Reports .

3.) Touch Print Quality Report
