Hp 8720

Hi I need help on what to do..

I did an oobe reset because my black ink wasn't printing correctly on my hp 8720.

But after resetting, I am now stuck with initializing 0% then later problem with supply system error. This error applies to all cartridges, not just my problem with the black ink.

I did all the hard reset procedures already mention here in the community but none of it worked..

Hope someone can help..

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I recommend you try the Semi-Full Reset instead since you already know how to get inside the menu.

Try a firmware update too: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
