Hi,
We had the printer setup with the wifi on our previous office, now we have moved and we wanted to change the wifi. We are having some troubles as it requires a username and password that we don't have. Those are needed for the EWS or for the 123 Ease Seupt software. We tried to restart or reset the printer pressing the power button and 2 times the black and 3 times the cancel but always the same problem with username and password. There is any other hard reset that we could do to fix this issue and set up the printer to work wireless?
Thanks!

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!
Resetting the printer network settings and then connecting the printer to a wireless network using HP auto wireless connect feature may resolve the issue. Let's try these step's:
1.) On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button
at the same time for 5 seconds. (This steps will restore default wireless settings on the printer and enable Auto Wireless connect. Immediately continue to the next step to install the software. You have approximately 120 minutes to complete the software setup using the HP auto wireless connect feature.)
2.) Download and run HP Easy start from here.
3.) Follow the onscreen instructions to connect the printer to your home wireless network.
Let me know how it goes!

Are you looking for the printers WiFi direct password? If so, the Wi-Fi direct password should be available on the Wi-Fi Direct information report. Let's try these steps:

Wi-Fi Direct light on the printer control panel keeps blinking, press the
Wi-Fi Direct button once. The light will stop blinking and stay on.
2.) Press the Information button to print a report that includes the Wi-Fi Direct name and password. If in case the WiFi Direct settings is set to Automatic, then it require a simple password of 12345678
Refer steps below "Setting up Wi-Fi Direct (Apple iPhone and iPad)" from this document.
