When I started the printer last time, it showed the error code: OXC4EB827F. I have studied it so much but I don't get any solution so I think you all will help me.:smileymad:

Hello,
Please try the below steps...
- while the printer is ON, remove the ink cartridges and then unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
- Shut down the computer.
- Power off the wireless router.
- Wait for 60 seconds
- plug in the power cord to back of the printer.
- Install cartridges when prompted.
- Make a COPY
- Now power ON the PC.
- Power ON the wireless Router and then try printing.

I have the same problem with 4630. Less than 2 years old and won't reset. Tried all the solutions on HP support but still won't reset. My solution is buy a different brand as HP seems to be pretty worthless. Bought this to print not to spend hours and $ trying to get it to work.
