Product: HPOJ3830
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer suddenly decided to not print an entire page. It will print the header of an email but not the body of the text. When I try to print a test page a tiny  1/2'' area comes out with red/yellow/blue bars and a couple parentheses in dark gray. Thinking maybe the black ink is out, though supply levels still read good. Thanks for any input:)

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • What happens when you print from other applications?
  • Does the print preview look good?
  • Does copying work fine on the printer?
