HP OFFICEJET PRO 8625

Regarding: Connecting the HP officejet 8625 to the network on my PC windows 10 to be able to PRINT (i have uninstalled and reinstalled devices & drivers and reset my printer as well)
I have the HP Officejet printer connected to the router via wifi, I have uninstalled drivers and restarted the the computer, when i go through the printer settings and add device through wifi and ethernet, it says the there is no INTERNET conncetion!!!???? though the PC and printer are both connected and on the same WIFI. I've even attempted in addition to the 2 black cords on the HP Officejet 8625, plugging in the ethernet cable from the printer to the computer and that does nothing! 
So... i ALSO then when i go to add the printer  under "printer & scanners" to the computer, i select add and click on the hp officejet 8620 it says the status is unavailable.????  
I brought  in a  wireless extender into the room and switched networks and nothing still.... 
it will NOT connect via wireless or connected through the network, even with the ethernet cable... am i missing something???
PLEASE HELP ! MISSING DEADLINES AND NEED A PRINTER FOR LEGAL PAPERWORK!

Directly connecting your PC and printer via a network cable will do nothing if the both do not have manually configured network settings. You need to confirm that the printer is actually connecting properly to your wireless network. Have you input the wireless SSID and passcode in the printer?

they are on the same wifi network and when i go to print and add device it says "status unavailable" 

 

when i plug in the ethernet cable it says connecting but does not officially connect where i add device under the print screen

 

i have set an email address for our HP Officejet Pro and logged my computer online. 

not sure if that answers the SSID and password question, i'm unclear on this computer-lingo???
