HP ePrint + JetAdvantage - error registering device

HP Recommended
OfficeJet Pro 6930
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I installed HPEPrintAppSetupx64

When I try to print a doc, I am directed to a sign-in window, and after entering name and password, I get : "Failed to communicate with HP JetAdvantage On Demand"
