Product: HP Photosmart C6380
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

My HP C6380 has a paper jam error everytime we start it and the carriage cradle will not move. How do I fix the problem ?

If you have already performed the steps from the document A 'Carriage Jam,' 'Paper Jam,' or Error Code '0x610000f6' Message Displays for HP Photosmart C5300 a... and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
