Ink Advantage 3775 red light problem

Hello,

Bought the printer 2 days ago, when I put in the power cable today the power light didnt lit and the lights 9 and 10 are litted and red, the printer is not found in both wireless and usb cable

I see that you are having issues with the Deskjet printer. Do not worry, I found a wonderful document to help you fix the issue.

Check http://hp.care/2pdI5eD  to troubleshoot and fix the issue. Follow the steps which are listed under the blinking lights pattern you are experiencing with the printer.

Thank you for your answer, but none of then matched the problem that I described,  my printer has the light 9 and 10 lit and red, is there any other solution?
