Hello
I have a DeskJet 2620 all in one printer/ scanner.
When printing I either have huge margins and print is all small font and central on page- or the whole document is printed on the right side of the page- again in small font with huge margins top and bottom.
Can you please me rectify or advise how to get printer back to manufacturer settings.
Thank you

Welcome to HP support community.
Did you make copy and check if that prints fine?
If that does not copies fine, follwo the below steps:
Update the printer firmware
Here are the steps:- Click here
Align the ink cartridges
-
After installing new ink cartridges, the printer automatically prints an alignment page.
-
Lift the scanner lid.
-
Place the alignment page with the print side down on the scanner glass, and then position it according to the engraved guides around the glass.

-
Close the scanner lid.
-
Press the Start Copy Black button
or the Start Copy Color button
on the printer control panel.
The printer aligns the ink cartridges.
I hope that helps.

Dear Community Helper
I thank you for your response, but your suggestion was futile in my case
You suggested to print sheet after cartridge change- I this issue did not occur after cartridge change and printing was fine.
The issue occurred later.
You also suggested I check my software is up to date and upload if necessary.
I completed checks and no updates available or required.
Power point print
Margin set up looks fine as set at 0.00
Preview narrow margins appear
Print very wide margins and print in small font and central.
Word, PDF
Margins 1.74
Preview look good
Print is small font and all on right side of page
I politely ask for further guidance on how to rectify
Thank you for your continued support
Regards

@numpty51 You haven't mentioned if the copier works as a stand alone device, I'll need that detail to understand your concern, that said, if the copier does work fine, i suggest you perform the below step by step guide:
Press "Windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window.
Type "services.msc" to get Services - Go to "Print spooler" - Right-click and "Stop" the service.
Now again open "Run" - Type "spool" and ok - Go to PRINTERS folder - delete everything in that folder.
Go to services again - Start the print spooler.
Now check for issue resolution.
If the issue persists, unplug the USB cable from the printer (if present).
Go to Control panel - Programs and feature - Select all the HP printer entries and uninstall them.
Now go to Control panel - Devices and printer - Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" (There is a space between .exe & /) and press enter.
Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
Again, go to the Run window, type - "c:/programdata" - Go to the Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
Restart your computer.
Then, use this link to access the HP website, find the drivers compatible with your windows and install it: click here
If you wish to thank me for my efforts, you could click on "Accept as solution" on my post as the solution should help others too.
