Product: OfficeJet Pro 8030 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

The printer doesn’t want to print in color from a Mac. It’s a OfficeJet pro 8030

@Kamilah333, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Which Version of Operating system are you using?

Which application are you using to print from?

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Emails and check?

Try making a Standalone Color copy and check if that works. From this, we can conclude if it a driver issue or a hardware issue.
