I am new to WJA - I am trying to create a template for M855 and M880 printers, but these devices are not listed under the 'Model Name' under the 'Select Template Models' when right click 'Configuration' under device managment > 'Create Device Configuration Template'

I have looked to check that both these models are supported by WJA, is there addional updates that I need to get downloaded and installed to create the Configuration Templates for these?

Is there no answer here? I also think that the option to just select the device and chose "Save As Template" would be a thing I could use and then just modify that. But that is all grayed out.

this is a pretty common model... what gives?
