Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought new printer, installed, chatted with rep and now getting emails with my name and address across the country about repair?   I cannot get anyone at support/email to pull my account and tell me what is going on! 

 

Great circle HP has set up on websites so you can't talk or email for help.  Support is a joke!

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
