I implemented a HP Support recommended BIOS update.  At the end of the update, I was informed that the computer would be restarted to complete the update.

My computer powered up but my screen remained black.  I waited an hour and finally did a hard reset.  Same result...power is on but nothing shows up on my screen.  I did combinations of AC and battery power and but got the same result.

How do I resolve this issue?

Hi John,

Could you try holding the Ctrl+B while holding the power button to reset BIOS, so we may resolve this issue.

I'm having problems teaching my llama how to use my Notebook. Does HP offer computer classes for llamas?

Meg, we don't have support for llamas, please try the llama & unicorn support at XYZ website.
