Office Jet Pro 8720
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just unboxed and have trying to setup my Office Jet Pro 8720 for over 90 minutes.

 

Only the black ink cartridge will install.

 

The other 3 cartridges, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow will not install.

 

The top piece of the cartridge unit is bent.

 

How can I resolve this?

Hi John. Thank you for posting on HP support forum.

If the top of the cartridges are bent, then they may be unfit for use and needs to be replaced. You can report it at the place of purchase. Alternatively, you can have the ink cartridges shipped from HP Support tech.
