How can I clear the error "10,000 supply memory error" message on my Laserjet pro 200 color. The host is wins 7 ultimate on lan
Can someone help me out?

my toner is refilled one and the error still persist. however thanks for the info.

Usually the error indicates a problem with the toner or the reader of the toner inside the unit on that case the black one for that code , if brand new toner make sure no shipping materials are on toner , shake the toner in different motions , the toner has a green and gold computer like ship clean that and some gold contacts on the side of the toner and the ones on the door that make contact with the ones on the toner. If printer still shows the same message turn off printer and then swapped the toner position lets say black and cyan (if color printer since it was not stated on your post the exact model) if only a monochrome printer then try swapping the toner even an old one will work at this point you want to see if the message remains with a different toner to isolate as toner issue or printer issue

Hello Reskape,
After replacing the greenlike chip on the black catridge as you recommended the error finally stopped but all printing and photocopy are now in black and white. Could you please suggest what to do in order to get the colour back.
