MFP M227 printer prints white vertical line in center of page, I changed toner carttridge and ran clean page in tools, Still prints white vertical line in center of page. Printer is only 2 weeks old

Thank you all who answered. Spent 2 hours with HP help staff and fixed the problem. Took out the toner cartridge and the drum and reinserted them and that fixed the problem. Tech guy said they were not properly aligned and when I reinserted them that fixed the problem. Be sure the drum CLICKS INTO PLACE when you insert it.

Check to see if there's a piece of paper or hair or something got in the way of laser-ray going through.
Open top case take cartridge out, there's a big metal near your body and there's a narrow rectangle hole about 10cm wide where is the laser-ray coming from. Check to see if anything get in the way and block the ray.
You may have to lay down down your head into top case to see the arrow rectangle hole, or you can touch it with your hand.
You can use a brush to clean it .
