Product: HP M880
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

im well aware the common consensus for this error is to change the roller and that the reason why this happens is because the paper does not reach a particular sensor in time, tripping the machine to believe that there is a jam.

i tried replacing the rollers and even swapped the trays but im still getting this error. any help would be appreciated
