HP LaserJet 600 M603
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I had the error message on my Office Printer. The printer stopped printing and will not turn off using the power button. Is anyone familiar with it?

Error: 49.23.D3 ERROR To continue turn off then on

Model: HP LaserJet 600 M603

See the following article on HP Laserjet 49 errors:

For me 49 errors are most frequently bad print jobs stuck in a print queue somewhere.  Finding and removing the bad print job usually resolves the problem.  If users repeatedly create bad print jobs then a driver switch is normally required to get the printer to process the print job correctly.
