Product: hp lj 700 color mfp m775
Good Day all, has anyone seen these error codes, 50.B1.11 , 50.B7.11, and 50.B3.11 High temp errors? I can not seem to find them in the manuel. The mfp will stop and say high temp cooling...... after a few minutes it will start functioning like normal. Thanks

Recommended action
- Remove and then reseat the fuser.
NOTE:
Make sure there is no residual paper in the fuser.CAUTION:
The fuser might be hot. - Ensure the printer is not located in front of a vent or window where cool air may interfere with the ability of the fuser to heat up.
- Check the power source. Make sure the power source meets the printer requirements.
NOTE:
If possible, isolate the printer to a dedicated circuit to eliminate the power source as a potential problem.NOTE:
If the power source does not meet the power frequency requirement of 43 to 67Hz, the fuser temperature control may not work correctly.Ensure the paper type being printed on matches the paper type selected in both software driver settings and through the control panel.
