Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our Laserjet hp laserjet 1536dnf mfp gives a 52 scanner error when printing, the print job gets cancelled. I have switched off the printer and removing the power lead all the time and this didn't solve the solution.

The scanner not  working  and when printing any page directly from the printers menu it gives the same error.

Any suggestions?

52 is laser error, the printer needs repair. Reset or plugging power lead will not help (maybe temporary only).

The laser scanner has failed and would require replacement.  This means disassembly of the entire printer. If you are going to attempt I suggest you purchase the service manual from feedroller.com
