I will try and assist. This sounds like the printer driver is giving you a problem. You should try to install another driver type.Maybe you can even try to install the 32 bit version of the driver. This should make a difference. If the machine prints the correct pages out of memory like configuration and status reports then the machine is not in error.Hope this will help.

I though I might have gotten a malware or virus, or driver became unstable. I reinstalling the HP installation software to no advile. So I though I decided to do a whole system wipe and did a full Windows 10 Pro 64bit installlation and once that was done install the HP software driver again and still got the same results.

I have a feeling something happen when I replace my toner out for a new one. This printner has been working just find for the past 1 month and a half since I bought it on my birthday. I just installed the new toner when this all of sudden happen. No new system iinstallation of software other then a game in the past month.

Have you tried to update the firmware for the printer.Sometimes firmware can resolve problems with the printing. After all the effort of re doing windows and drivers on the laptop or pc the problem can be printer related.Hope this will help.

Can you send me instruction on how to do firmware update on my printer.

You will have to download the firmware for your printer from HP.Then you will need to run the process to update the firmware to your printer.Maybe just see if you can find a clear explanation to how.Be careful when you do the firmware update that you do not switch the printer off. This will damage the printer. Each machine has its own way to do the updates but i'm sure there will be instructions available.Hope this helps.

At first the ASCII would show on the whole page, but now it just shows up as a single line at the bottom of most pages.

Sometime it might be one charater or several all on one line.
