Hi.I bought a M402 dne laser jet printer and install it in my laptop.but when i check the available paper sizes in printer properties , just A4 size is available while for my other printers all printable sizes for printer are in available papers size box (in printer properties). Is there any idea?

Paper sizes are provided by the print driver to the OS.  The OS then shares this information with any applications that request the available paper sizes.  The print driver should come with all the paper sizes that are available but they can often be modified to add in custom paper sizes too.

For example if I wanted to review/modify the paper sizes in Word 2016:

1. Open Word

2. Navigate to File > Print > Printer Properties

3. Click the Paper/Quality Tab

4. Select an option from the Paper Sizes drop down list

Or

5. Click Custom...

6. Create a new custom paper size that is within the specifications for your printer

I would guess that you either installed an automatic plug and play Microsoft driver that does not know the full capabillities of your printer or you are using a print driver that is not very compatible with whatever application you are using to print.  Reinstallation with the full HP software for your OS should fix a Microsoft driver issue.  HP also offers alternative Universal Print Drivers for nearly all moderns laserjets.
