When I turn it on a yellow escalation mark ! is flashing under the wireless symbol. I have did factory reset, reinstalled the printer using HPEasyStart. It finds the printer if the USB cable is connected to it. Here is the print out of the diagnostic:

Congratulation on successfully setting up your HP wireless printer

It is possible to use the Wi-Fi at the same time as the USB if you want.  That will stop blinking.
