Blinking WIFI

When I turn it on a yellow escalation mark ! is flashing under the wireless symbol. I have did factory reset, reinstalled the printer using HPEasyStart. It finds the printer if the USB cable is connected to it. Here is the print out of the diagnostic:

It is possible to use the Wi-Fi at the same time as the USB if you want.  That will stop blinking.

The m139w will not print at all.

I don't remember how I was able to print this first page but on the printout it listed that the printer is not connected to the Internet and will not be able to print until it is connected to the internet.

I was able to print the diagnostic page by pressing the WIFI and Resume keys for 5 seconds. It printed this

Model M139w. I run the setup again and reinstalled the printer. It will not print using USB or WIFI.  Ran HPSmart and it displays the printer cannot print but it was able to connect to my router and get an IP address.

Here is some more information: The printer is on my network its IP address 192.168.1.161 and I am able to PING that IP address. Ran HPSmart and was able to scan a picture but could not print it. The M139w is able to communicate with my network but unable to hook to the Internet or print
