Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with the printer 

 

model: M479fdw

 

SN: [edit]

 

the problem is the blue screen of printer code error C4EB8032 

 

no, respond with the printer, also  I do already update for the firmware.

Quite possibly a hard failure, based on model it would appear that it is still under warranty.  You should contact HP Support or the vendor you purchased it from for warranty service.
