Hi there,

 

Our printer is printing with blue blotches. Can someone help?

Hi @WHNS,

 

Remove the cyan cartridge from the printer and inspect the surface of the photoconductor of that cartridge. If you see any damage on it, it means that you will have to replace it. Most probably that will be the issue.
