Hi Everyone,
A few months ago my M477 stopped printing power point presentations and PDFs (I can't print black and white just not color)
The print command is received and the printer ramps up to begging printing but stops ubruptly (the software continues to act as if its processing the job but ultimately I have to cancel the job).
I've seen a few other articles on this, so I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer with no success.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you!

If you can print BW but not in color then perhaps there is some kind of memory leak or cap that you are hitting with your print jobs. Otherwise I would expect both BW and color to fail if there was a connection or pure driver issue going on.
Try opening up your printing queue and monitor the print job as it processes. Observe the size of the job compared to the original size of the document. Many times when we convery applciation data from things like PowerPoint with complex backgrounds the file size explodes exonentially to the point where physical printing is very very slow. We work around that by turning off the background or more advanced imagry when printing from these apps.
