LaserJet Enterprise M608
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have a new HP LaserJet Enterprise M608 I need to add to my company network.  We want to print out a configuration page to get the current IP address it is pulling, but we can't even get past LANGUAGE SETUP.  

 

We choose ENGLISH and hit the OK button and the printer does NOTHING.

 

We have rebooted the printer several times but we cannot get past this initial part of the set up.

 

Very frustrating.

Contact HP Support directly for this one.  The printer may have a defect that would be covered by warranty.  Not being able to boot usually points to a hardware problem in one way or another.
