The colors do not match exactly.
Calibrating doesn't help.

Exact color match requires that your software and printer be calibrated using a densitometer to measure the printer and your monitor and then a custom print driver is created to provide color match. There are so many variables involved including the difference between RGB color that  your monitor uses and CMYK color that the printer uses.

If your results have shifted dramatically recently look at any supplies you may have replaced or updates in software. Ensuring your print driver is current may help as well. Due to the age of this printer I would guess that your firmware is going to be up to date as new firmware has not been produced in over 8 years for this printer.

Colors do not match exactly to what?

Your monitor and the physical printing process use light in different ways.  Monitors create light through the RGB coloring.  Printers block light (or the light that is reflected to your eye) by using CMYK coloring.  Drivers are what convert what is displayed on your monitor into printing commands that can create a CMYK output.  To find out what the correct balance is in your situation you will need to explore "color profiles" or ICC profiles and experiment.  If highly accurate prints are necessary then it is also highly recommended that you use HP original cartridges.  HP printers are calibrated to assume that HP consumables are loaded.  Attempting to manually calibrate or color profile with 3rd party consumables will make the task even more difficult.

Hello thanks, I have expressed myself incorrectly or you understood me well.
My problem is that the colors are no longer accurate on the printout. Black is laterally shifted from blue and red. How can I move the black.

HP Recommended

The calibration performed by the printer itself is not correct.
Black does not print exactly to the position of the colors c / m / y.
Black is about 0.5mm next to it. That creates a shadow.
I want to know how to manually adjust the black print like the page position on the paper.

I would suggest swapping out the Black cartridge with a new one.  Chances are that your current black cartridge is defective.

I am not aware of any way to manually adjust an entire cartridge in the way that you have described.  Toner cartridges are designed to run the entire length of the paper by default. No physical adjustments should be necessary to re-align one color over another.

Try to eliminate issues with apps and drivers by printing test pages directly from the control panel on your printer.  If the reports built into the printer are printing correctly then you know there is some kind of software issue going on.  If the control panel reports do not print correctly then you know it is a physical issue on the printer.  Resetting the defaults on the printer would eliminate any accidental changes you may have made, but I still think the most likely problem is a defective cartridge.
