Product: Laserjet Pro MFP M127fn

Stuck in a tight situation! I am a cyber schooled student and recently got a new computer since my old one took a crap basically. The problem is, my printer was connected to the old one, and not the new one. I do not have the wire to make the printer connect to the new computer anymore and I don't have the cd to help make it happen. Is there anyway around this?? It's urgent as I use the printer daily and been stuck in a rut. I've tried to contact hp about it, but I got zero help. If anyone knows a way to connect the printer to my computer please let me know!

You will need a Printer USB cable like this.  Then download your software from the HP web site.

My only problem is, the port that would go into is completely broken off and fell inside the printer weeks after getting the printer. My school supplies me with the printer and claimed it was bought new, but that piece had broken off as soon as I got it. Is there any other cord on all the other port options that would help me connect? Sorry I didn't mention that

You would need a router and a Ethernet cable now to make this work.
