I'm going crazy with my laserjet printer..
When I make a copy, the printing comes out from the printer with the lower part of the sheet empty, about 2 centimetres.
I tried to use the scanner without printing the image I obtain and it works perfectly without cutting the page.
I don't understand why it happens.
I can't find the margins settings anywhere.
I hope someone could help me to fix this problem.
Thank you!

Initially I've set the printer format as A4 on pc page settings yet and I thought it was ok, but I discovered in copy settings, on printer menu, that the page format set was "letter"; I hoped this setting could be saved, but I have to select this option everytime. Anyway I found the key!!! ^_^ Thank you very much for your help and time!

Try restoring the defualts on the printer. If there is an unusual border/margin change somewhere a reset will turn it back to normal. The printer has already displayed its able to scan this area with your digital scan jobs. Must be somethign specific to the copies area.

Are we talking about normal letter (8.5x11) sized documents here?
I had to doublecheck your printer model as I was not aware of any M26's. Seems like a real model number so perhaps its for a non-US market. It wasnt listed in the US store where I'd expect to find it anyways.
I have seen before where a given scanner is supposed to support larger paper sizes like Legal but then actually has a firmware bug and cannot complete the task. You may want to consider updating the firmware to the latest and greatest if you havent already as a next step.
