HP Laserjet Pro 401d
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The printer can not print multiple copies of a document with header or footer in Microsoft Word. Printing is normally working when only one copy of a document is choosed and it is also normally printing multiple copies of a document without header or footer. There is also another strange situation because printing multiple copies of any type of document is possible in any other program (i.e. the problem faces only in Word and only in a document with header or footer.

The computer is using 64x Windows 7, HP Univerversal print driver PCL 6 for HP Laserjet Pro 401d.

Easy work around would be to export the document to PDF, then print from your Adobe application instead.

Otherwise the next easiest thing would be to check HPs Support website and try the latest PCL6 UPD driver for Win7.  UPDs are updated frequently. If you havent recently updated then chances are there is a new one out there for you to try.  Or you could try another printer language such as the UPD PostScript driver for Win7.
