How do you delete the print jobs queued on an M607 printer? After having an error message backup the print jobs on a printer this morning, multiples of the same job were sent to the printer that needed to be deleted. Once the printer accepted the print jobs, they disappeared from the Windows queue so they could not be managed on the workstation any longer.
This has been an ongoing problem, and I don't see any way of removing them from the printer. Another example is when a user selects the wrong settings on a print job, like the wrong size paper. If it's a size of paper that you don't have, you have to get that size before it will print (due to the paper size sensors that you can't override).
I assume there must be a way to delete the print jobs from the printer itself, but there are no "delete" options that I can find.
