Document feeder input tray is stuck in the open position. Had a paper jam when printing a copy. Opened lid and cleared jam, but lid will not close. I get a slight snapping noise, but do not want to use any pressure. Is there a release of some kind?

If there is nothing blocking the tray from closing you may need to extend the tray open further then try closing it.
