HP LaserJet Pro M252dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP LaserJet Pro M252dw toner cartridge drawer does not retract.  The small blue drawer pull came off so there is no way to open the drawer.  This defect was not discovered until I needed more toner, 5 months later -- this printer was purchased in january 2016 and has worked well.  Now it is just a big heavy box using up space in my office.

I can't be the only person with this problem printer!?

thanks,

jq

Good morning @jakehues, and welcome to the HP Forums! Although I would like to help you with your M252dw, I am not sure what I can do about a broken part other than to suggest you call us. HP printers generally have a 1 year warranty from their purchase date, you can verify the warranty using the following link if you would like: Check your warranty status.

What you can do, is use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number

Case number and phone number appear.

Feel free to post again if there is anything else I can help you with.
