Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Mein Drucker druckt nicht farbig. Neue Patronen von hp sind eingesetzt, Druckknöpfe gereinigt. In der Einstellung habe ich unter Papier/Qualität keine Möglichkeit der Farbauswahl oder auch Schwarz/Weiss. Das Feld fehlt. Druckertreiber neu installieren hat nichts gebracht. Was kann ich tun?

"My printer is not printing in color. New cartridges from hp are installed, push buttons cleaned. In the setting, under Paper / Quality I have no possibility of color selection or black and white. The field is missing. Reinstalling the printer driver did nothing. What can I do?"


Your printer driver does not recognize the physical printer as a color printer.  Download the latest HP software and drivers from HPs support website.  Be careful to download the correct drivers for your OS and specific printer model.  Update the firmware on the printer too. 

 

If the latest printer drivers do not work then try a printer driver for a similar model.  You may not have all of the features on your printer but you should be able to restore basic color printing.  If it works then setup a 2nd queue on your PC for color and use the normal one for everything else.
