Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I have printer laser 400 model : m401d ,, when i give it an order to print it says error 32 please restart what should i do ?

This error refers to the laser/scanner assembly located below the top cover which writes the image to the drum of the toner cartridge. The assembly needs to be repaired or replaced.

There is no such error listed for this model. Can you please post a photo of the display with the error or if you posted the wrong error code please post the correct one.
