Factory reset HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw

Hello,

I have lost the Administrative password for our printer. How do I perform a factory reset on an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225dw without the Admin password?

Try going to the Network Setup Menu option on the control panel. Select and move down to Security. Select and move down to Reset All Security and select. That should clear all security passwords.

Restore Factory Defaults:

Select Service on control panel, then Restore Defaults.

Using your instructions and steps I found in a video I was able to clear the Admin password.
