HP MFP E67550

Company Printer cannot be access via administrator login. Password is forgotten. How can add a new password to access printer via IP address.

Please check your model number.  You can find this information by printing off a configuration page from teh control panel of the printer.

 

I'm not finding any matches for E67550.

Looks like the E67550 is another name for the M681/682.

See page 162:

  

NOTE: Make note of the password and store it in a safe place. The administrator password cannot be recovered. If the administrator password is lost or forgotten, contact HP Support at support.hp.com for the assistance required to completely reset the printer.

 

That means you need to use a Cold or NVRAM reset to clear the admin password.

Page 380 says the following:

 

Printer cold reset

Cold reset using the Pre-boot menu from a touchscreen control panel

 

 

CAUTION: This procedure resets all printer configurations and settings to factory defaults (customer configurations and settings are lost).

 

Touch in the middle of the control panel display when you see the 1/8 under the HP logo.

Use the down arrow button to highlight the +3:Administrator item, and then touch the OK button.

Use the down arrow button to highlight the +8:Startup Options item, and then touch the OK button.

Use the down arrow button to highlight the 2 Cold Reset item, and then touch the OK button to select it.

Touch the Home button to return to the main Pre-boot menu and highlight the 1:Continue item, and then touch the OK button.
