You need to use either the HP toolbox (usb connected printers) or enter the IP address of the printer in a browser (network connected printers). Once in the EWS click on the system tab and look for the paper types menu. if you can make any changes this will be where it is. If you are not given an option there you may have to set the paper type to a heavier or lighter paper and set the default on your driver for that paper type so that it will print automatically, otherwise the printer will stop and prompt for paper every page.
