Hi friends!
There was a problem with print quality. The colors do not match when typed. Calibration does not help. How do I solve this problem?

Hi bbk_serg,

When did this issue first appear? Did you move the printer from one site to another? Print the event log and post the results here.

There are some things you can do about this:

1) Do 3x Color Calibrations in a row and then print a supplies page and a demo page to check if the issue is resolved.

2) Clean the Color Plane Registration sensors. Replace them if that didn't help.

3) Remove the laser/scanner unit(s) and reseat them. Do 3x Color Calibrations afterwards.

4) Manually calibrate the main gear assembly. This can be done ONLY by a service HP qualified technician.

I hope this helps,

Cheers!
