My HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw is connected by ethernet, i am not able to make print from normal software like (windows image viewer or pdf viewer etc),
but able to make test print from printer property and also i have enabled web service so i can print by sending email as well, i can ping to the printer's ip address without any packet loss too
Any help appreciated ....

It sounds like there is a configuration issue between your apps and the current IP of the printer. The apps are looking in the wrong location for your printer, but the printer properties area is not.
The easiest way to repair a connection configuration issue is to uninstall and reinstall with the latest software updates from HPs support website for your OS and printer model.
