Hello.
I bought a printer HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177, after installation for the first time, the printer worked through Wireless and USB,
Once I restarted the laptop, (windows 10), it's always showing printer ready, but nothing happens to the printer. The printer does not even print or pretend to start.
I have unistall and re-install the software/drivers so many times but it does not work at all.
I tried Wireless and USB, but nothing works.
I tried from a mobile device and another PC and it works.
Can you help me solve this issue so that I can print from my PC.
Regards
Hafiz

Also I forgot to mention, when I use the http://192.168.1.29/SSI/info_internalPages.htm, to print test pages, it works properly.
But when I print test page from the Printer Properties, it will NOT work,

Hi Hafiz,
Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177 series printer and it does not print anymore from your PC. I read that the printer prints fine from another PC and a mobile device. Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue before posting. Kudos to you for that. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.
Not worry, I'll do my best to help you. The evidence points towards the drivers. The printer itself seems to be fine because it prints fine from a mobile device and another computer.
I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
- Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor software. This is a free tool for Windows to help resolve issues with the printer drivers.
If the issue persists then I suggest to uninstall any existing printer drivers from the root level and then reinstall them. The following steps will help:
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- You may download and install the drivers from this link.
I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Please feel free to let me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂

Hi Mkazi,
I have tried all your method and unfortunatly it does not work still. Don't understand where is the issue.
When I use HP Print and Scan Doctor software, it does not print the test page, but it prints the second test page.
Can you check if you can still assist me on this matter.

Hafiz

Thanks for replying. I truly appreciate your efforts.
You may try installing the basic printer drivers via this link.
If the issue persists then please refer to the steps mentioned under "Step 3: Install the print driver with the Add a Printer wizard" from this link.
Hope this helps. Let me know. Good luck! 🙂

Hello Mkazi
Thank you for your support and help.
Unfortunatly, the printer does not work still. I tried directly with USB or wifi, the problem remains the same.
I don't know what to do with the printer.
But I noticed, that I can scan without issue but not print.
Also when I print, there is a yellow light which blinks for a while inside the printer.
