We just bought an HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201. We want to extend the sleep mode and power shutdown. The printer is used only via USB.  The user walks over to the FedEx or UPS station, and by the time he comes back, he is unable to print anything because the printer has shut down or is in sleep mode. He then calls another teammate or me. He sometimes restarts instead of calling us because he needs ship something ASAP. When I go into the printer settings to change the power setting, it asks for a username and a password. I found an article that said to use Admin as the password and enter the PIN number. I have tried to enter that information, but I get a message saying the username or password is incorrect. Can someone please help me with this minor issue?

Found the solution myself. In the printer menu, select Device Administrator, then enter the PIN number.
